About Us

In 2018 we bought a hobby farm with a simple dream: to build a life grounded in nature, improve the land and learn as much as we can. What began as a vision to restore tired soil and create a haven for wildlife slowly grew into a deep passion for soil biology, biodiversity, and holistic farming.

We started by planting banksias and native flora to support our bees — knowing that healthy pollinators are at the heart of any thriving ecosystem. 

Our highland cows play a big role too. Their gentle grazing helps us naturally cycle nutrients back into the earth, improving soil health without chemicals or heavy machinery. Every choice we make — from the plants we grow to the animals we care for — is shaped by our commitment to regenerative principles.

Our infused honey range was born from this same belief: that nature provides extraordinary nourishment when we treat it with respect. By pairing raw honey with functional mushrooms, spices, and cacao, we create small‑batch blends that honour both flavour and wellbeing.

Natural, honest, and crafted with the same care we put into our land — this is the heart of what we do. And we’re grateful to share a piece of our farm with you, one jar at a time.
